1. When the drill bit is blocked during drilling, place the pin under the drill bit and gently press down on the drill bit tube to clear it. Do not forcefully press down on the paper when the drill bit is blocked, as this may cause the drill bit to crack or break. Please use with caution as drill bits are consumables and not covered by warranty.

2. During the binding process, make sure to remove any hard objects such as glue from the voucher materials, staples, push pins, paper clips, etc., to avoid damage to the drill bit during drilling. Damaged blade edges may prevent the drill bit from penetrating the paper.

3. Drill bits, washers, and rivets are binding consumables and are not covered by warranty. Evaluate the lifespan of the drill bit based on the binding volume and replace it in a timely manner. Regularly sharpening the blade edge of the drill bit can extend its lifespan. Washers can be rotated for repeated use until all holes around it are filled before replacement.
