Overview
- Brand
- PESKOE
- Usage Instructions
- The rice cooker should not automatically switch to keep warm mode when cooking rice/congee or boiling water. The rice cooker operates on the principle that it will automatically switch to keep warm mode when the water in the inner pot evaporates and the temperature reaches 130 degrees. Initially, there may be some smoke or burnt smell due to oil residue on the heating plate of the new rice cooker. This is a normal occurrence and will not happen after subsequent uses. Please feel free to use it.
- Plastic Smell
- The rice cooker may have a plastic smell during the first few uses. Our product is made of food-grade PP polypropylene, so please rest assured. The plastic smell is normal for new rice cookers and will dissipate after a few uses. To remove the plastic smell, boil water 1-3 times for 15-20 minutes each time or boil tea leaves 1-3 times for 12-25 minutes each time.
