Game Name: Weiqi (Go)
Basic Rules:

1. Place stones on the intersections of the lines on the board.

2. One player holds black stones and the other holds white stones, with the black player making the first move.

3. Stones cannot be moved once placed.

4. Stones surrounded by the opponent's stones are captured and removed from the board.

5. Stones with no liberties are considered dead and must be removed.

Endgame Rules

The game ends when both players agree that no more moves can be made.
Resignation by one player results in victory for the other.

Scoring

Scoring is based on the number of live stones and empty points controlled by each player.
The player with more points wins, with ties possible.

Classification of Stones

Live stones have at least two "eyes" and are considered alive.
