Measure head circumference by wrapping a tape measure around the temples and back of the head, avoiding eyes and top of the head.

If no tape measure is available, use a string or similar object, mark the length, then measure with a ruler.

Recommended to measure before purchase to ensure proper helmet fit.

1. Select helmet size according to head circumference and ensure straps are securely fastened.

2. Helmet is for one-time impact protection only; replace after any accident.

3. Adjust helmet straps to avoid pressure on ears and jawbone.

4. Use the adjustment knob to fit helmet comfortably and securely.

5. Do not modify helmet structure.

6. Avoid exposure to sunlight, rain, and corrosive solvents; clean with a soft damp cloth.

7. Proper helmet use reduces injury risk but does not eliminate it.

8. Normal service life of helmet is three years if no impact or damage occurs.
