1. Thread the binding wire through the threading hole

2. Install the paper pressing plate and straighten the wire towards the body

3. Insert the materials to be bound

4. Tighten the paper pressing plate with the hand wheel

5. Turn on the power switch

6. Rotate the hand crank handle counterclockwise for automatic punching

7. Adjust the paper pressing plate as needed

8. Trim off excess wire and bind the materials

9. Punch the materials in sequence at the desired locations

10. Completion of binding process
