Pure copper battery disconnect switch with dimensions: 36 mm x 7 mm x 15 mm. Features NO-OFF function, 85 mm length, zinc-plated reinforcement screws, insulating washers, pure copper screw switch, and insulating nut.

Connection Status

Prevents battery discharge and protects the battery. Turn counterclockwise to disconnect power and clockwise to connect power.

Applications

Suitable for preventing battery discharge and protecting the battery in vehicles, short-distance driving, old vehicles, car modifications, and situations where continuous power consumption may lead to battery drain.

1. Locate the negative pole of the car battery and confirm the diameter of the negative pole head to be 16-17mm. Remove the original negative pole clamp and separate it from the battery wire. Clean the electrode column with a battery brush to enhance conductivity.

2. Connect the battery wire to the other end of the switch and tighten the screw.

3. Clamp the switch onto the electrode column, secure the corresponding nut to ensure stability.

4. Turn the nut switch clockwise to power the battery and start the car. Installation is complete.

5. When the vehicle is parked for a long time, rotate the switch counterclockwise to disconnect the battery and extend its lifespan.
