1. Prepare the necessary tools and components

2. Power off the PS5 and remove the cover

3. Unscrew and remove the M.2 SSD cover

4. Insert the SSD into the expansion slot

5. Secure the SSD with the provided screws

6. Reassemble the PS5 and power it on
