1. Odor: Buckwheat pillows have a natural plant odor. The received pillow may have a slight smell, but there is no need to worry. For those sensitive to odors, it is recommended to air the pillow in a dry and ventilated place to dissipate the smell. Sun exposure can help freshen the pillow.

Buckwheat husks are sourced from the high-altitude and cold region of Daliang Mountain, free from pests and agricultural residues. However, they are prone to attracting small insects in humid conditions. Store the pillow in a dry and ventilated place. If insects appear due to moisture, simply pat the pillow to remove them.

3. Preventing Insects: Regularly airing and sun-drying the buckwheat pillow can effectively prevent the growth of insects.

To prevent damage and soiling of the surface fabric, use a pillowcase or cover. Wash the pillowcase or cover regularly.
Individuals with allergies should use with caution.
Avoid using in damp conditions, such as when hair is wet after washing.
When not in use, air-dry the pillow in a well-ventilated area, remove the pillowcase or cover, and store in a dry place. Do not use in damp conditions.
Avoid contact with sharp, rough, acidic, or alkaline substances.
As a natural material, it is recommended to replace the pillow after one year of use.
