Enhanced durability with composite cork head and natural feathers
Stable flight trajectory with precise landing
Utilizes the "steaming" method to improve shuttlecock durability
Steaming process enhances feather softness, reduces splitting and breakage
1. Differentiate between the top and bottom openings of the shuttlecock tube, with the shuttlecock head facing the exit.
2. Place several shuttlecocks in the tube (preferably lined with aluminum foil).
3. Prepare boiling water in a kettle or thermos, and pour the hot water into the tube.
4. Open both ends of the tube and position the entrance over the steam from the hot water source for approximately 30 seconds.
5. Once steam emerges from the exit, move the tube horizontally, seal the exit promptly, and let it rest for 12 hours with the shuttlecock head facing upwards.
Avoid excessive steaming to prevent damage to the shuttlecock head.
Recommended steaming time should not exceed 1 minute.
Steaming is unnecessary in warm and humid conditions to prevent excessive weight and speed.
Use steamed shuttlecocks promptly after opening to maximize effectiveness.
Avoid reusing vessels used for steaming shuttlecocks for food or beverages.
