Li-Ning Swimming Goggles, High Definition Anti-Fog Waterproof Large Frame Swim Glasses for Adults Men And Women Diving Mask 271-4 Silver White Myopia 150 Degrees

Why do goggles fog up?

1. Poor fit between eye socket and goggles causing leakage and fogging. Adjusting the strap and nose bridge can prevent this.

2. Damage to the anti-fog coating due to improper cleaning. Avoid wiping the inside of the goggles with hands or cloth.

1. Place the goggles comfortably over the eye sockets with both hands

2. Adjust the strap according to your face shape

3. When removing, use your thumbs to lift the goggles from the back to ensure a proper seal

Adjust the strap until the goggles stay in place without leaking. If there is no suction, readjust the strap for a better fit.
