Syringe packaging ensures safe, leak-proof use

1. Use cleaning wipes to remove dirt from the heatsink and processor surface.

2. Apply an appropriate amount of thermal grease on the chip using the X-ray cross or nine-point method.

3. Spread the thermal grease evenly and thinly over the chip surface using the spatula.

4. Place the heatsink on the chip, secure the pressure clip without moving the heatsink repeatedly.

5. Avoid touching the applied grease with fingers.

Apply thermal grease sparingly to fill gaps; thinner layers improve heat conduction.

If contact with skin occurs, clean thoroughly and rinse with water.
