Ribbon size matches paper size for optimal performance

1. Verify ribbon size matches the paper size using the size label.

2. Open the ribbon compartment cover.

3. Insert the ribbon following the arrow direction on the ribbon until it clicks into place.

4. Close the ribbon compartment cover.

5. Load photo paper with the glossy side facing up into the paper tray. Avoid touching the glossy printing area; non-printing areas can be touched.
