Instructions
How to Use the Training Base:
1. Assemble the training base.
2. Attach the white elastic rope to the tennis ball by threading it through the string holes, ensuring a secure knot.
3. Hang the rope on the side of the training base.
4. Fill the base with water or sand after unscrewing the rubber plug, ensuring a tight seal.
5. Find an open space, toss the tennis ball up, or hit it with the racket using the elastic rope for repetitive training.
1. Apply the grip tape tightly to the bottom of the racket handle.
2. Wrap the tape around the handle edge, gradually moving upwards by about 1/3 of the width.
3. Trim off any excess tape.
4. Secure the top with professional sealing tape to complete the application.
