Actual torque should be controlled based on screw material, working conditions, and tool status.
Torque (T) = Force (F) × Lever Arm Length (L)
Longer handle length reduces required force for the same torque.
1. Select the correct wrench size matching the hex bolt precisely to avoid slippage and damage.
2. Fully insert the wrench into the bolt hole to ensure even force distribution.
3. Apply force perpendicular to the bolt axis to prevent damage and ensure stable operation.
4. Use within the guaranteed torque range to avoid permanent deformation, metal fatigue, or breakage.
5. Avoid overload to ensure safety and prolong tool life.
Each wrench has an elastic limit; exceeding it causes irreversible metal fatigue.
Even corrected bent wrenches retain fatigue and risk breakage.
Hex wrenches have smaller cross-sectional areas compared to other tools, making them more prone to bending and breakage under excessive force.
Use individual protective sleeves and store in dedicated cases to prevent scratches.
Clean with dry cloth or neutral detergent; avoid strong acids, alkalis, and solvents.
Apply transparent anti-rust oil if stored long-term.
Keep away from moisture, high temperature, fire, and welding heat sources.
Since May 2023, the surface plating color has changed from traditional hard chrome gold to a new plating color due to adoption of a hexavalent chromium-free process.
This change improves surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Packaging may also be updated randomly during the transition.
All products are forged from special steel (SNCM+V) in Japan.
Meets or exceeds JIS and ISO standards for hex wrenches.
Full traceability with manufacturing date and batch codes ensures quality control.
Always evaluate tool performance by torque values.
Use tools within specified torque limits to ensure safe and durable operation.
