1. Remove the black outer and silver inner reflective cover from the softbox.

2. Take out the support rods (small end first).

3. Insert the large end of each support rod into the corresponding holes on the frame corners.

4. Secure all four rods to form the softbox frame.

5. Attach the inner diffusion fabric inside the softbox using hooks.

6. Fix the outer diffusion fabric onto the softbox frame edges using the Velcro strips.

Position the softbox 0-15 inches in front of the subject with the light head angled downward at 45° for soft, even facial illumination.

Use the octagonal softbox as a top light to enhance background and floor lighting and create slimming facial shadows; keep top light within 2 meters of the subject.

Employ the soft light sphere as a fill or floor light to brighten the overall space and create natural, transparent lighting effects.
