2. Due to the final polishing process of stainless steel products, there may be a small amount of black polishing wax (harmless to the human body) on the product. Please disinfect with boiling water upon receipt and check if there is any residual black polishing wax on the rolled edge. Wipe it off with a tissue or clean cloth.

3. During the steaming process, the steamer pot lid may expand due to heat and may sway due to steam. This is a normal phenomenon. It is recommended to heat with low to medium heat, place a steaming cloth inside the steaming grid, or wrap the pot edge with cloth to absorb excess steam.
