1. Clean the wok with water and dry it thoroughly

2. Rub the interior with animal fat or pork skin over low heat

3. Allow the wok to absorb the oil for 5-10 minutes, then cool and discard the oil

4. Wash the wok with a gentle cleanser and let it air dry
