Haida Threaded Filter Adapter Ring, 72mm Lens to 77mm Filter, Small Aperture Lens to Large Aperture Filter, Universal Adapter Ring for Multiple Lens Filters

A step-up ring is an economical accessory that allows for versatility in photography equipment. By using a step-up ring, photographers can achieve "one lens fits all" functionality, especially with a step-up ring. For example, with an 82mm filter and a step-up ring from 77mm, the filter can be used on almost all lenses starting from 77mm and below. Step-up rings allow for "smaller lenses to use larger filters," for instance, purchasing a 77mm-82mm step-up ring enables the use of an 82mm filter on a 77mm lens.
