1. Fill the lower chamber with purified water up to but not exceeding the safety valve level.

2. Add coffee grounds (slightly coarser than espresso grind) evenly into the filter basket, filling it completely and leveling gently.

3. Assemble the pot tightly by screwing the upper and lower chambers together.

4. Heat on the selected heat source until coffee extraction completes; remove from heat promptly.

5. Pour and enjoy freshly brewed coffee; adjust coffee strength as desired.

First use requires thorough rinsing and three “opening” brews without coffee to clean residues.
