1. The layers of the steamer are not completely sealed to prevent difficulty in opening due to thermal expansion and contraction, leaving a certain gap which does not affect normal usage.

2. Due to the final polishing process of stainless steel products, a small amount of black polishing wax (harmless to humans) may be present upon receipt. Disinfect with boiling water and check for any residual black wax on the rolled edge, which can be wiped off with a tissue or clean cloth.

3. During steaming, the steamer lid may expand due to heat and may sway due to steam, which is a normal phenomenon. It is recommended to use low to medium heat, place a steaming cloth inside the steamer grid, or wrap the edge with cloth to absorb excess steam.
