1. Clean and dry the bonding surface before application. Use a clean cloth with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid household cleaners containing oils. Allow the surface to air dry for a few minutes. For heavily contaminated surfaces (oil, grease), use a stronger solvent first, then clean with IPA.

2. Apply one side of the tape to the object. Use a squeegee, roller, or fingers to apply even pressure and remove air bubbles for a smooth bond.

3. Peel off the release liner and press the tape onto the second surface, applying firm pressure. For bonding two hard surfaces, increase pressure to 15-50 PSI to remove bubbles. For bonding a hard surface to a soft surface, 5-15 PSI is recommended.

4. Recommended operating temperature is between 20°C and 40°C.

5. Allow 72 hours after bonding for the adhesive to reach full strength before testing the bond.

Dust, grease, or dirt on surfaces will reduce adhesion.

Bonding below 15°C will negatively affect adhesion.

Low surface energy materials (e.g., PE, PS, PP) have reduced adhesion; primer use is recommended.

Initial tack decreases in low temperatures; warming the tape can improve tack for easier application.

Store tape rolls on racks.
