1. Clean and dry the surface before application. Use a clean cloth with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid household cleaners containing oils. Allow the surface to air dry for a few minutes.

2. Apply tape to one surface, using a squeegee, roller, or fingers to press evenly and remove air bubbles.

3. Remove the release liner and press the tape onto the second surface, applying pressure evenly. For bonding two hard surfaces, increase pressure to 15-50 PSI to remove bubbles. For bonding a hard surface to a soft surface, 5-15 PSI is recommended.

5. Allow 72 hours after bonding for full adhesive strength before testing.

Dust, grease, or contaminants on surfaces reduce adhesion.

Bonding below 15°C may impair adhesion.

Low surface energy materials (e.g., PE, PS, PP) have reduced adhesion; primer recommended.

Adhesive tack decreases in low temperatures; warming the tape can improve initial tack.
