High efficiency wire stripping with precise blade pressure adjustment to prevent wire deviation
V-shaped anti-slip groove rollers with high friction to securely hold wires and prevent slippage
Automatic wire feeding with adjustable wire inlet ports (single and triple hole options) to accommodate different wire thicknesses
Self-adaptive spring mechanism for blade pressure, eliminating frequent manual adjustments for wires within 1-6 mm²
Upgraded knob screws for tool-free loosening and blade adjustment
Durable one-piece blade design resistant to breakage and wear
High-speed pressure plate to stabilize wire during stripping without damaging the wire
Base with four screw holes for secure mounting on workbench
Easy operation with clear wire feeding instructions to ensure smooth and efficient stripping
Nine core advantages including high-quality steel construction, sharp blades, adjustable height, anti-slip rollers, and automatic wire feeding
Suitable for a wide range of wire types and sizes from household to industrial applications
Efficient stripping compared to traditional pliers, saving time and effort
Robust design with hardened blades and rollers for long-lasting use
Prevents wire deviation and improves stripping accuracy and speed
1. Select appropriate wire inlet hole based on wire width.
2. Insert wire from below and adjust blade position using side nuts to center the blade.
3. Feed wire through V-shaped rollers by rolling upwards.
4. Adjust top nut so blade lightly presses wire without damaging it.
5. Operate hand crank or electric drill to strip wire.
6. Secure base to workbench for stability.
7. Ensure wire is straight and not bent during feeding for smooth operation.
