- Design
- One-piece molding, retains the heat of the whole pot. Solid pot body, slow stew over low heat, fully releases the deliciousness of the ingredients. Enamel porcelain inner wall allows the pot to "breathe," forming a non-stick layer over time with the infiltration of plant oil and daily cooking.
- Usage Tips
- Before using a new pot, it is recommended to boil it and apply oil 2-3 times. It is recommended to use a heat-conducting plate to protect the bottom of the pot and ensure even heat distribution. The cast iron pot can be used in ovens as well, not just for stewing, cooking, and braising, but also for baking unique and delicious flavors.
- Craftsmanship
- Each pot is individually hand-cast, polished, sandblasted, glazed, and fired. Small sand eyes and bubbles on the edge of the pot body are normal handcrafted details that do not affect the appearance or use.
