Each player draws one card; the highest score player deals the cards.
Shuffle the deck and deal 7 cards to each player.
Remaining cards form the draw pile, placed face down.
Play starts from the player to the dealerâs left, proceeding clockwise.
Players must play a card matching the number, color, or special card of the top card on the draw pile.
If no playable card, draw one card from the draw pile. If playable, play it immediately; otherwise, pass turn.
When playing the second to last card, player must shout "UNO". Failure to do so before the next playerâs turn results in a penalty of drawing 2 cards.
The first player to discard all cards wins the round. Other playersâ remaining card points are summed as the winnerâs score.
The winner deals the next round.
