Measure from the root of the forehead, wrap around the head 2 cm below the protrusion at the back of the head, then add 1 to 2 cm for the maximum size.
Head width measurement method
Place a soft ruler at the widest part of the head, usually above the ears.
1. Wear the helmet horizontally, lower than the forehead and one finger width above the eyebrows.
2. Adjust the height of the straps on both sides of the helmet so that the ears are in the middle of the two straps.
3. Adjust the position of the chin buckle length and tighten it, leaving a one-finger gap at the bottom.
4. Adjust the rear adjuster up and down and tighten it until the helmet does not shake and feels comfortable.
