Loosen the bottom fixing knob to unfold the tripod legs

Tighten the screws and knobs to secure the legs and tubes

Extend and adjust the horizontal arm by loosening and tightening the corresponding knobs and handles

Attach the sandbag to the designated hole under the horizontal arm for balance

Mount lighting equipment using the 1/4" screw thread on the horizontal arm head by loosening the knob, adjusting the adapter, and tightening securely
