1. Insert foot at a right angle from the back of the support, aligning the center of the foot with the center of the support and the inner ankle position.

2. Secure the nylon buckle on the main body of the support.

3. Pull and fasten the tension straps firmly while keeping the foot flat on the ground.

4. Tighten the anti-inversion straps marked with the ZAMST logo and fix them to the main body.

5. Confirm there is no looseness or displacement; if discomfort occurs, reapply from step one.

Wash separately from light-colored clothing to prevent color transfer.

Avoid washing with other garments to prevent damage from nylon buckles.

Hand wash gently with water and detergent; absorb water with a towel and air dry in a shaded, ventilated area.

Secure nylon buckles before washing to maintain adhesion.

Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron, bleach, or use fabric softeners.

Avoid overtightening to prevent circulation issues; too loose will reduce support effectiveness.
