According to feedback from most athletes, NIKE shoes tend to run 0.5 to 1 size smaller compared to regular sports shoes or brands such as domestic spike shoes, PUMA, ASICS, and Mizuno.

For precise size recommendations, please contact online customer service.

It is advised to select a shoe model that matches your foot shape to ensure the front spikes can function effectively.

Shoes that are too wide may lack sufficient upper foot wrapping, while shoes that are too narrow may create extra space at the toe area, causing a mismatch between the foot’s pressure points and spike positions, which can negatively affect traction performance.
