Q: Is there water in the faucet upon receipt?
A: Each faucet undergoes water testing before leaving the factory to ensure no leakage. Residual water inside the faucet is normal.
Q: How to install the shower head?
A: The shower head is default for concealed installation (water pipe inside) and can be directly installed. Concealed installation means the water pipe is inside the wall, while exposed installation means the water pipe is outside the wall.
Q: Should water be run before installation?
A: Prior to installation, please flush the water pipes to remove any sediment and avoid damage to the faucet.
Q: How to correctly use the spray gun?
A: After using the spray gun, always close the faucet switch and not just the spray gun to prevent water pressure buildup that may cause damage.
