1. Remove four screws from product bottom and detach bottom cover

2. Align Macmini power button with product’s power switch, place Macmini inside, and secure with screws

3. Unscrew hard drive cover, install M.2 SSD at 45°, apply thermal paste, fix with rubber plug, replace cover and tighten screws

4. Connect power to PD port and HOST cable to Macmini Thunderbolt port, then power on device

SSD not detected? Verify correct M.2 NVMe type and proper insertion; initialize and format SSD via Disk Utility (Mac) or Disk Management (Windows)

Use original 30W PD power adapter connected to PD port

M.2 SSD does not support hot swapping; power off before replacing

Dual display usage may reduce SSD speed due to bandwidth sharing—normal behavior

Only supports M.2 NVMe SSDs (MKey/B&MKey)
