According to most athletes’ feedback, NIKE track spikes tend to run 0.5 to 1 size smaller compared to regular sports shoes or spikes from brands like Puma, Asics, Mizuno.

For precise size recommendations, please contact online customer service.

It is recommended to select a shoe size that matches the foot shape to ensure the forefoot spikes function effectively.

Shoes that are too wide may reduce upper foot support, while shoes that are too narrow may create space at the toes, misaligning the foot’s force points with spike positions and reducing grip efficiency.

Visual examples of proper fit, too wide, and too narrow shoe fits are provided for reference.
