For gases lighter than air install sensor at 2 m to 3.5 m height.
For gases heavier than air install sensor at 0.3 m to 0.6 m height. Recommended installation near valves, pipe interfaces, gas outlets, or areas prone to leakage and gas accumulation.
Avoid installation near steam, oil smoke, strong electromagnetic fields, excessive moisture, temperatures below -10°C or above 55°C, or areas with strong airflow.
