1. Choose size with about 0.5 cm space for toes; for wider or higher instep feet, select wide fit or one size larger for better comfort.

2. Secure heel strap for better fit; slim feet can add a forefoot pad and wear thin socks to prevent slipping.

3. For arch support models, wear thin socks during the first week to adapt; for long standing, loosen strap and wear as slippers for relaxation. Alternate with regular shoes daily for comfort.

4. Break in new shoes at home for 1-2 days to allow arch support to soften and conform to foot shape. Use anti-blister pads if needed. If arch support feels too high, switch to soft sole version.
