1. Remove the mop pole and mop head, insert the mop head into the pole and twist clockwise to tighten.

2. Hold the top of the mop head, twist counterclockwise to extend the pole to desired length, then twist clockwise to secure.

1. Cut open the old sponge head cover along the black arrow direction, remove the old sponge head by pushing it out gently.

2. Place the new sponge head into the base plate slot following the "IN" direction, align with the card slot, and push it in gently until it clicks into place.
