Usage Instructions

• Hand wash recommended to extend product life; avoid dishwasher, microwave, open flame, and induction cooker
• Avoid metal utensils; use wooden, silicone, or nylon tools
• Do not preheat empty pan; maximum temperature 230°C
• Before first use, clean with mild detergent, dry thoroughly, apply butter, bake at 150°C for 5 minutes, then wipe clean
• Before each use, brush a thin layer of butter and sprinkle flour for better release
• After use, clean with soft sponge and mild detergent, dry completely, and store in a dry oven if possible
